Product Return Policy:
Important -
Any items returned to us must have shipping pre-paid to our warehouse. We do not pay any shipping charges related to returns. We will not accept COD shipping charges on returns.
***We cannot accept returns of electrical or electronic products for safety and warranty reasons.***
We're committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items that meet the conditions below.
Should you need to return any product for any reason, please contact us first at 303-456-9862. All returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and shipped to the milehighpts.com warehouse. Our vendors will not accept direct returns from the customer. Any unauthorized return received by milehighpts.com without an RMA# will be refused and returned to the sender.
It is the purchasers responsibility to confirm the legality of any products being purchased in their geographical area. Mile High PT's, milehighpts.com cannot and will not be responsible for this information and will not accept returns based on this issue. If you are unsure if a product will fit or is right for your application, please call us first for more detailed information.
Refund Requirements-
We will issue a refund or replace a product within 30 days of receipt of your order. All returns will be credited back invoice amount less 15% Re-Stocking Fee and shipping costs. You may return products that meet the following requirements:
All items must be in their original packaging and they must not have missing parts, hardware or instructions. All protective covering and adhesive backing must be untouched and unapplied. Please test fit all products prior to installation! Adhesives must not be applied for proper return of a product. Product must not have been used, installed, improperly installed, disassembled or painted by the end user. If installation instructions are not specifically followed, milehighpts.com is not liable for replacement parts. This includes, but is not limited to: Dash Kits, Wind & Bug Deflectors, and Headlight/Taillight Covers. In order for us to properly credit you, a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all goods being returned to us. To request an RMA #, please call us at 303-456-9862. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on approved returns. We will initiate the return process and cover shipping charges only if the return is due to our error.
Once we have received your return and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund or credit will be issued less any restocking fees. Items being returned to us C.O.D. will be refused. Items incorrectly returned to us or our vendors will be refused. Items not purchased from us will be refused.
Damaged Products -
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT UPON RECEIPT. If your product has been damaged in shipment, it is imperative that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your product. We'll then contact you via phone or email with further instructions on handling your claim.
Product Warranty -
Our manufacturers and suppliers warranty the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product.
Cancel Order Requests -
With any cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We CANNOT cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. In the event that the product has shipped, you are only responsible for the shipping charges. We will credit your account for the item being returned promptly if it meets the above return criteria. Be sure to e-mail us the tracking information necessary for us to track the package.
Remember: Electrical and Electronic Products are NOT returnable unless they can be proven to have been damaged in shipment.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES -
Some products sold by Mile High PT's llc come with a limited warranty provided by a third-party manufacturer or vendor. All merchandise which does not include a warranty and license by the manufacturer, vendor, or Mile High PT's llc is sold AS IS, without warranty. Mile High PT's llc makes no other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with regard to the merchandise. Products, which have been subject to misuse (including static discharge), neglect, accident or modification, or which have been soldered or altered during assembly and are not capable of being tested are excluded from any warranty by Mile High PT's llc. Mile High PT's llc shall have no liability to customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage arising out of or connected with the merchandise including, but limited to, any claim for incidental or consequential damages, regardless of any warranty included with the merchandise. Please refer to the manufacturer or vendor's warranty included with the merchandise to determine the remedies available in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship.
Some states do not allow exclusion of or limitations on implied warranties, such as warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In addition, you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

PlasmaGlow - Limited Product Warranty
PLASMAGLOW WARRANTY
PlasmaGlow warrants its bulbs to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of ten years from the date of purchase. All other products come with a Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
EXCLUSIONS
This Limited Warranty specifically excludes defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, submersion, theft, vehicle crash, or by any other type of impact. Except for the Limited Warranty stated above, there are no warranties of PlasmaGlow Inc. products or any part thereof, whether express or implied. Any implied warranty of merchantability or any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is expressly disclaimed. Some states do not permit the disclaimer of implied warranties.
EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES
In no event shall PlasmaGlow be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, consequential damages, incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of time, inconvenience, or other losses) arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use a PlasmaGlow product. PlasmaGlow reserves the right to change the design its products without any obligation to modify any previous product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
If a PlasmaGlow product is suspected of being defective, it must be submitted freight prepaid to PlasmaGlow for warranty inspection. A Return Authorization number for the product must be issued by the PlasmaGlow Warranty Department. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the box or it will be refused and returned to the shipper. Return shipping/handling fees for the repaired/replacement product may be required to be paid by the customer. The receipt or other proof of purchase and a description of the problem must be included. The Warranty Claim form must be included. If you need assistance with the warranty process, you may contact the PlasmaGlow Warranty Department at 480-222-0401. If any of the required information is not included with the warranty claim, it will be denied and returned at the cost of the customer. The returned product will be inspected. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Limited Warranty, the sole remedy is repair or replacement, at PlasmaGlow's option. A repaired or replacement product will be shipped back, and will be warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the remainder of the warranty period. Removal, installation, or reinstallation costs are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
